Services include primary care, behavioral health and substance abuse counseling, smoking cessation, nutritional counseling and diabetes education. Our homeless patients receive the same quality care by board-certified providers that all of our patients see. We have full-time licensed clinical social workers and licensed clinical addiction specialists.
Men, women, and children are welcome. We have many partners in helping the homeless: the Wake County Continuum of Care Collaboration, the Wake County Homeless Working Group, the Wake County Housing and Homeless Coalition, and the North Carolina Coalition to End Homelessness.
